Christmas Opening Times - December 202023 December 2020As a 24/7/365 company, Web Wiz Support Services team will operate our normal out-of-hours procedure over the festive period with Engineers monitoring all systems night and day to ensure there are no outages. Most Business wind down over the festive period and we therefore only receive a handful of support tickets during this time, but we still aim to be here if you need us while balancing time off for staff to spend with families during this time of year. This year, our staff have worked through the pandemic since March, and therefore will be giving staff a well-deserved break. We will be offering an out-of-hours service only between Christmas Eve and Tuesday 29th December.
If you need to contact us for any reason, we will be open at the following times during the festive period.
We will not be operating our sales phone lines over the festive period this year. We would like to wish all our customers a Good Christmas and a Happy New Year. |
