August is a lovely time when many people in the UK take a break to enjoy their vacations. In light of this, the team at Web Wiz also looks forward to spending quality time with loved ones. Consequently, we will be implementing an out-of-hours service during the following dates in August 2025:

- August 5th to 12th

- August 21st to 26th

We want to assure you that our tier 1 and 2 support will continue to be available as usual during these periods. However, please be aware that there will be a temporary network freeze, and we will pause provisioning new servers. If you need assistance from tier 3 and 4 level support we will offer an out-of-hours engineer service during this time. Thank you for your understanding. We have been informed that the domain name price increases announced in October 2024 will still take effect on the 31st of March 2025. You can view the details at the link below:

Since many of those domains had their prices changed yesterday, the amount of increase will differ from what we were previously informed. Below is the updated pricing that will be implemented on the 31st of March 2025:

We received a notification overnight regarding price changes for 66 domain names. Most prices have increased, but a few have decreased. These changes are effective immediately, as we did not receive any prior notification. 

If your domain name is scheduled to auto-renew within the next 28 days and you have received a payment notification in your client area account, the renewal price will remain at the previous rate. We will cover the difference due to the change in cost.
