End of work - At-Risk period: Risk End Date: 7th April 2022 2021 Start Time: 08:00 BST
Service Impact: We do not anticipate services will be affected during this time and we will maintain 2N network redundancy during the maintenance window.
Reason: Neos Networks are completing fibre splicing activities to allow increased capacity and stability within the network. |

Data Centre Power Outage - 18th February 202218 February 2022, in Network, Data Centre11:50 GMT
We are presently have a power outage at our Bournemouth Data Centre caused by storm Eunice which is presently moving across the UK. Our Data Centre and Offices in Bournemouth are presently running on our backup generator. Southern Electricity Networks are aware of the issue which is affecting a large area. Service Impact: Currently impact is reduction of resilience only. Our backup generator runs on neutral gas and can therefore provide power indefinitely . Update 20:55 GMT Utility power has been restored to our Bournemouth Data Centre.

Transit Provider, Telia Planned Works - 1st to 2nd March 202211 February 2022, in Network, Data CentreOne of our transit providers, Telia has notified us of maintenance taking place in Equinix LD5, Slough, UK that will affect routing to our Data Centre.
Start of work - At-Risk period: Start Date: 1st March 2022 Start Time: 17:00 BST
End of work - At-Risk period: Risk End Date: 2nd March 2022 2021 Start Time: 08:00 BST
Service Impact: We do not anticipate services will be affected during this time. Traffic to our Data Centre is routed using three tier 1 transit providers, and traffic will be carried by our other transit providers during the period allowing us to retain redundancy throughout.
Reason: Software upgrading due to service quality sustainability. |

Fibre Circuit Planned Engineering Works - 7th to 8th February 202211 January 2022, in Network, Data CentreNeos Networks one of our fibre providers has notified us of maintenance taking place to reroute fibre, which will cause the loss of one of our point-to-point fibre circuits to our Data Centre.
We do not anticipate services will be affected during this time. Any traffic carried over the circuit will be automatically rerouted over alternative fibre circuits.
Start of work - At-Risk period: Start Date: 7th February 2022 Start Time: 17:00 GMT
End of work - At-Risk period: Risk End Date: 8th February 2022 Start Time: 08:00 GMT
Service Impact: No impact to live services is expected, and we will maintain 2N network redundancy during the maintenance window.
Reason: Neos Networks will be diverting fibre cables away from the scope of civil engineering works as part of a new highway road development scheme in Basingstoke, UK. |

Start of work - At-Risk period: Start Date: 7th December 2021 Start Time: 17:00 BST
End of work - At-Risk period: Risk End Date: 8th December 2021 Start Time: 08:00 BST
Service Impact: We do not anticipate services will be affected during this time. We have three tier 1 transit providers, and traffic will be carried by our other two transit providers, Telia and Cogent, during the period allowing us to retain redundancy throughout.
Reason: Essential network maintenance activity is taking place within Lumens UK Optical Transmission Network platform. They have a major programme requirement to migrate all traffic from legacy equipment which is due to be de-commissioned to upgraded hardware and software version. |
