OpenReach Backhaul Emergency Maintenance - 17th to 21st October 202514 October 2025We have been notified that OpenReach will be performing emergency maintenance that affects our 10 Gbps fibre backhaul between our Bournemouth Data Centre and Equinix LD4 Point of Presence (POP) in Slough. At-risk period: Start Date: 17th October 2025 Start Time: 08:00 GMT End Time: 15:00 GMT Start Date: 20th October 2025 Start Time: 08:00 GMT End Time: 15:00 GMT Start Date: 21st October 2025 Start Time: 08:00 GMT End Time: 15:00 GMT Service Impact: We expect no disruption to services during the at-risk period as traffic will be diverted through our other backhaul circuits. Reason: Repairing damaged caused by road construction. This emergency work is scheduled to take place over three working days, due to local authority permit requirements, which include road closures and traffic management measures.
