Planned Maintenance: Upstream Provider (GTT)

We have been notified of maintenance by one of our upstream transit providers, GTT, affecting our connectivity to our Bournemouth, UK data centre.

  • Start: 2026-04-01 00:00 UTC
  • End: 2026-04-02 06:00 UTC

Customer Impact: None
Web Wiz use multiple IP transit providers. To ensure zero downtime for our customers, our engineering team will manually reroute traffic via our alternative BGP paths prior to the start of the maintenance window.

  • Connectivity: No downtime is expected.
  • Redundancy: There will be a temporary reduction in total network capacity and path redundancy for the duration of the work.

We will restore the GTT path once the provider has confirmed their network is stable.
