Start of work - At-risk period: Start Date: 18th May 2025 Start Time: 16:00 GMT End of work - At-risk period: Risk End Date: 19th May 2025 Risk End Time: 08:00 GMT Service Impact: We anticipate no service disruptions during this period since traffic will be carried by our other transit providers, ensuring we maintain connectivity and redundancy throughout. Reason: To resolve an ongoing issue being closely monitored on a core Service Router SR2.LON, located in King John Court, London. During the maintenance window, Colt engineers will execute a comprehensively tested method of procedure with the objective to remotely upgrade the device to the latest vendor recommended software release. |
